Follow these steps to correct the issue.

  1. Close Creative Solutions.
  2. Open Microsoft Word.
  3. Verify Microsoft Office 32-bit is installed: File > Account > About Word. Show me
    • If 64-bit is listed, you'll need to uninstall Microsoft Office 64-bit and install Microsoft Office 32-bit, then skip to step 4.
    • If Microsoft Office 32-bit is installed, run the Office Repair Utility.
      1. CloseWordand any other Office programs.
      2. Browse to Programs and Features (or Programs > Uninstall a program) in the Control Panel.
      3. Select Microsoft Office from the list of programs.
      4. Click the Change (or Modify) button.
      5. Choose QuickRepair.
  4. Restart computer.
